These terms and conditions apply to all offers, orders and agreements made through our webshop.

3. Prices and payments

All prices are stated in euros and include VAT.

Payments are made via the payment methods we offer (iDEAL, credit card, PayPal, etc.).

Mania de Alisar Nederland reserves the right to change prices and information.

4. Shipping and delivery

We process and ship orders within the stated delivery time (see our Shipping Policy).

Carrier delays are beyond our responsibility.

5. Right of withdrawal and returns

You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receipt without giving any reason (see our Returns Policy).

The product must be returned unused and in its original packaging.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the product is defective or incorrectly delivered.

6. Warranty and liability

We guarantee the quality of our products.

If a product is defective, please contact us within 7 days.

We are not liable for damage caused by incorrect use of the product.

8. Applicable law

These terms and conditions are governed exclusively by Dutch law. Any disputes will be submitted to the competent court in the Netherlands.
